Join us for a Texas-style barbecue dinner featuring a 24-hour slow-cooked whole steer, sourced directly from Flyte Family Farms. Enjoy a hearty buffet with corn on the cob, fresh slaw, Texas toast, and classic comfort-style fixings.

Guests will also get a preview of select Fieldstones stay-and-play activities. We’re partnering with local FFA, 4-H, or Farm Bureau chapters, with a portion of ticket sales supporting youth agriculture programs.

Sip and stroll your way through 9 tasting stations scattered across the farm, featuring local beer, bourbon, and whisky, each paired with farm-fresh appetizers. Full BBQ Buffet open for grazing for the duration of the night. By the end of the tour, guests will have enjoyed a full farm-to-table style meal, complete with hearty proteins and delicious sides.

Bonus: Visit 2 additional stations for an extra $10 to receive entry into a drawing for a bottle of top-shelf liquor.

What’s on the Menu?

Biscuits and gravy, eggs (Chef’s choice), sliced maple flavored ham, sausage, cheesy hashbrowns, pancakes, old-fashioned cake donuts, applesauce. To drink: Coffee, milk, apple cider, orange juice.
